The Dusenbery family has been in the automobile business since 1934 and began selling Studebakers in 1939. In 1951, they were named the top Studebaker truck dealer in the Omaha District.

Datsun awarded Dusenbery's a dealership franchise in 1965. Datsun changed their name to Nissan in 1988. In 2003, the Dusenbery's stopped selling new Nissan vehicles and started selling quality used vehicles.
